Northwest Commercial Real Estate Investments (“NWCREI”)
is a venture between several highly successful commercial real estate companies including MorGro Investments, LLC (Morris Groberman) and RGD Property Services, LLC (Ron Danz). Currently NWCREI owns and operates over 2,000 apartment units located in the highest demand in-city neighborhoods surrounding Seattle and Bellevue, as well as several industrial, retail, and mixed-use properties. Our knowledge and expertise are used in the acquisition of properties to enhance value and generate higher income for the properties. Pooled maintenance, management, and insurance costs (including earthquake insurance across our portfolio) allows NWCREI to effectively manage expenses and increase cash flow to investors.
To date, NWCREI has successfully raised more than $150 million in equity from investors, facilitating 83 active syndications with over 530 repeat investors. Having been in the local real estate market for 50 years, we know the players and often see deals before other buyers. We also work directly with owners that bring deals to us without brokers. We have the financial capabilities to secure deals quickly and then fund raise the required equity to close (typically in 60 days or less).
